Every promise now says whether it is live in the beta or still in development, with real screenshots of the live map and an event page. Pick your role and see what you can do today.
The navigation fits tablet and phone widths, the skip link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches, in-page links move focus to the section they open, and tap targets and small text are larger.
Events are now labelled Official, Community or Listed, so you can tell an organiser-run page from a community meetup or an event we simply list.
Look at events the way that suits you: on the map, as a list, or in a calendar that shows one month at a time. Time-window filters narrow it to what is on soon.
Dates and times on event pages and cards now follow the event's own timezone, so an evening event shows on the right day wherever you are, and hosts set times in their own timezone.
When two sessions in your personal schedule overlap in time, your plan marks them so you can choose before the day.
The Events page now opens on a real, interactive map that plots upcoming events as you filter by date, place and type. Pins and cards highlight together, and “near me” frames what's happening around you. No empty box, no fake screenshot.
Multi-day events let you pick exactly which days you're going, so your plan reflects your real schedule instead of the whole run.
Events with an official programme now show their schedule (FAN EXPO Canada 2026 is the first), and you can build a personal planner from the sessions you don't want to miss, kept with the rest of your Mythos plan.
The home page was rebuilt around a calm, image-led hero and a clearer story of what Mythos is, with a less busy layout and more atmosphere.
Communities gained a grouped directory you can browse by fandom and location, so you can find the people who love what you love, near you.
Small refinements across the app: menus close on Escape, sign-in gives clearer feedback while it's working, and keyboard focus is easier to follow.
Upload a profile photo and crop it right in the browser. It's compressed on your device before it's ever uploaded.
A new onboarding profile step with city autocomplete makes setting up your presence on Mythos quicker and cleaner.
A subtle shooting-star atmosphere joined Mythos, a calm, living backdrop behind the pages you already use.
